The position is responsible for managing the SEM/Analytics team. The position reports to the Director of Digital Operations and is ultimately responsible for carrying out a successful SEM marketing strategy for all dealership clients and ensuring analytics analysis, setup and reporting is completed. 

Manage daily activities of SEM/Analytics team members 
Responsible for conducting full SEM/Analytics team meetings bi-monthly 
Responsible for conducting monthly 1-on-1s with SEM/Analytics team members 
Responsible for assigning SEM clients to team members 
Responsible for accurate billing of SEM clients 
Responsible for accurate accounting of team workflow and bonus expectations to be updated weekly 
Responsible for providing accurate weekly team health figures with full explanation of all numbers 
Responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing of SEM/Analytics team 
Responsible for assisting with SEM strategy and conducting phone calls to assist with sale and retention of clients 
Responsible for conducting disciplinary action as needed 
Responsible for maintaining positive work environment on SEM/Analytics marketing team
Assist in monthly and yearly goals for the department along with the director 
Assist in maintaining a positive team attitude and encourage collaboration whenever possible 
Adhere to all company policies and conduct yourself as a leader in all company-related situations

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Interactive Web Management or related degree preferred
Minimum three years managing a large team within the marketing field 
Demonstrated knowledge of all job responsibilities 
Demonstrated ability to excel in SEM, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads 
Demonstrated ability to lead a team meeting 
Demonstrated ability working directly with a dealership representative 
Demonstrated ability to talk about high-end SEM marketing practices
