Learning Business Partner

CONTENT DEVELOPER
POSITION SUMMARY

The Content Developer is responsible for creating training modules across all functional departments at DealerSocket. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult with all levels of the organization to create learning modules and curriculum consistent with outcomes defined with the business;
Provide logistical support within the course development;
Developing tools, job aids, and templates that aid in the implementation of training;
Act as project manager for new and on-going training modules for all Learning and Development training programs;
Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; 
Become an expert in the features, benefits and application of DealerSocket’s learning management platform;
Develop training materials including written content, activity guides, online videos, and other web-based tutorials; and
Iterate on content based on survey response data and stakeholder feedback to ensure training is effective and relevant

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Master’s degree preferred
2 - 4 years related experience in the automotive industry preferred
At least 5 years in a corporate learning and development role or curriculum writing role

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Requires excellent listening, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills
Must be a collaborative problem solver
Proven experience in providing coaching and feedback
