This individual will provide understanding of cross-functional stakeholder needs (Sales, Sales Operations and Sales Enablement) and translate those needs into technical specifications within sales tools and integrated systems. This is a challenging position with the opportunity to collaborate, primarily focused on enhancing the Sales experience through usability, productivity and efficiency improvements.

A creative thinker who challenges the status quo. Routinely called upon to act as SME of emerging technologies, best-practices and processes. Assists with the support and implementation of Salesforce and related applications to drive Sales results.
