Regional Sales Coordinator
The Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC) provides data entry and general sales support, including case / quote / contract creation, order entry and revisions through the full deal workflow. The ideal candidate has strong phone communication skills, experience in a sales support role within the automotive industry, is familiar with sales processes, is organized, detail-oriented and can perform well under pressure, with a positive attitude and high degree of urgency. Serves as frontline Sales contact, Sales Operations subject-matter expert and point of escalation for assigned region / Sales team. Communicate and guide internal contract-related issue resolution; monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or resigns. Adhere to a same-day response commitment and have the flexibility to maintain inconsistent workflows (peak times vary by time of day and by time of month). Responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of DealerSocket solutions. Minimal or no client interaction required. Participate in special projects as needed.
