Implementation Consultant



The iDMS Implementation Consultant is responsible for providing the initial consultation and training to our onboarding customers during their implementation phase.  This includes product specific expertise and training to these customers, as well as consultation directly following their activation on iDMS. The iDMS IC will communicate directly with Onboarding Specialist and assist to own the relationship and success of that customer through the implementation period. The purpose of this role is to ensure a smooth transition to iDMS and help the dealership reach an acceptable level of comfort and autonomy on the technology with the ultimate goal of customer retention. 


Complete simple to moderately complex tasks related to the customer training of iDMS during implementation
Insure customer has required reports to accurately and effectively perform their responsibilities at the dealership
Coordinate with internal teams on projects involving product optimization and best product practices and procedures
Communicate with customer facing teams on a daily basis until issues/needs are satisfied 
Assist customers and the Project Manager on data and accounting set up QA
Coordinate and conduct hand-off of customer to long term Customer Success Manager
Work independently under general supervision with minimal directions
Other duties as assigned


2+ Years of experience working directly with customers
Bachelor’s Degree (or 2+ years equivalent experience/training)
Experience presenting both to groups and one-on-one
Demonstrated communication skills and ability to communicate effectively over the phone
High level of detail needed as well as good organizational skills

Experience in the automotive industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
1+ years of experience managing projects
Experience with Salesforce
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Position may require some travel – up to 25%
