Customer Onboarding Specialist


Position Summary:

The iDMS Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the implementation and onboarding of new iDMS customers. This includes the core application as well as the additional products/features. The iDMS OS will be the main point of contact for the customer during the onboarding process and will direct the customer and internal teams on needs of the implementation.  The iDMS OS will ensure the customer’s success on the product by coordinating system default setups, data and accounting checks, forms needs, and training.  The purpose of this role is to ensure a smooth transition to iDMS during the implementation period.
