Business Solutions Advisor

DealerSocket is seeking a Business Solutions Advisor for its Pre-Sales Team who will be responsible for presenting and highlighting all DealerSocket’s Software Solutions to prospective and current clients.

• Expertly presents all DealerSocket’s solution capabilities to prospective clients within the context of their automotive business with workflow-based presentations, architected for customized dealership solutions. 
• Architects demo environments in a customized fashion to support prospect needs.
• Expertly Consults with Sales and Product teams to design and engineer custom presentations to support unique dealership technology needs, creatively problem solving and bringing innovative solutions to our prospects.
• Expert communicator that can succinctly articulate our value proposition to help our sales force win large and complex deals in our key accounts and National Accounts.  
• Expertly leads with insight to narrate the Why DealerSocket Story
• Outstanding collaborator with sales teams (including cross-functional representatives from sales, client services, product management and custom development) in the pursuit of new business opportunities
• Go to resource for NADA Demo Strategy 
• Trusted Advisor to Dealerships on best practices and utilization of advanced product functionality
• Expertly articulates the fundamentals of dealership operations, where automation can help dealers grow their business.
• Acts as a challenger to key Dealership stakeholders to help reframe how they think about our solutions in the context of their business. 
• Extremely knowledgeable in both the business and technical aspects of all our solutions 
• Expert facilitator for client meetings leading with insight and generating innovative ideas to solve complex problems for the prospect.
• Has a comprehensive understanding of all DealerSocket Solutions and go to market proposition and is an evangelist for our solutions. 
• Proactively contributes to direction of product roadmap
• Go to expert for proof of concepts and custom demonstrations
• Provides thought leadership and technology insights to both DealerSocket internally and our Dealers.
• An expert in conveying the value proposition of our solutions to both technical executives and C Level Executives at some of North Americas largest dealership groups 

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Expert on the automotive industry, technology and dealership workflows
• Technical/business experience in client facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, technical enablement, Object-Oriented/Solution Architecture experience or software application development 
• Dynamic personality and the passion to succeed within a highly demanding and challenging environment

• Minimum of 10 years' industry experience 
• Minimum of 5 years’ prior Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales experience
• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree preferred
